Greenhall farm practice day

9^th July 2023

 Greenhall farm LLANFYLLIN, SY22 5LG, venue will be sign posted with orange arrows from the A490

Please park sensibly where directed

Day entries will be welcome

All riders must complete an entry form in full including a signed declaration, riders aged between 14 and 18 years old need to have parental or guardian present and form completed.

Riders who have entered online only need to sign on.

Please bring the correct cash to pay on day entry £55 for non ACU member, £50 for ACU Enduro Licence holders and proof will be required.

Sign on at event control, you will be given a wristband and please ensure you place this onto a wrist, these will be checked prior to you going out onto the course.

Camping Saturday night is allowed.

N.B There is no butty van or refreshments available, please ensure you bring enough food and water, shops are available in Llansantffriad- ym-Mechain and Llanfylin.

Course opens on Sunday at 10:30 hrs and will close at 15:00 hrs

Walking pace through the farm yard and in the paddock area/ parking field.

Ride at Walking pace at all times in the paddock and parking areas, any horse play, looning around or general stupidity will result in you being asked to leave the event with no refund give, the police will be summoned if needed.

Follow the course in the direction indicated, do not return down the course in the opposite direction for any reason, Hard routes will be clearly marked and for experienced riders only, if you have any problem then wait for a marshal to assist you and guide you safely back.

All marshals and officials are volunteers, any abuse of either will result in exclusion from the event.

Officials - wear orange vests and have overall responsibility for the event, if you have any problem or issue at the event then these are the persons to see.

Marshals - wear yellow vests and look out for riders safety and ensure the smooth running of the event, please comply with any instructions they give.

Please take all your litter home, it takes a long time to clear up after a event, please help in taking your rubbish with you.
